1. Digital Services – No Physical Delivery

All services offered by Socialobia—including Social Media Marketing (SMM), Social Media Optimization (SMO), content planning, strategy development, and digital campaign execution—are delivered electronically. There are no physical products to return.


2. Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final. Once you subscribe to a service plan, the payment is non-refundable.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time, underperformance, or change of mind.
  • Refund requests based on client expectations beyond the agreed scope or timeline are not honored.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee with Unlimited Revisions

Your satisfaction is our priority. To ensure you receive the value you expect:

  • We offer unlimited revisions during the active subscription period to meet your goals and preferences.

4. Minimum Agreement Term

5. Plan Cancellation

  • Clients can cancel future renewals at any time by notifying us before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation stops automatic renewal, but no refunds are provided for the current or past billing periods.
  • Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current paid term.

If you believe there has been a billing error or unauthorized charge:

  • Chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension of your account.
